As 2025 comes to a close, we took a moment to reflect on what this year truly represented for us at Redbee.Not a highlight reel. Not a performance summary. But a clear, honest look at how we built, learned, and grew together. This year was shaped by people, shared responsibility, and consistent progress made one step at a time.This is our Redbee Wrapped.

Seven years in and still building with purpose

2025 marked seven years since Redbee began its journey.Over that time, many things have evolved. How we collaborate, where we work from, the tools we use, and the challenges we take on. Some days happen in the office, others fully remote, but our approach remains the same. We work with curiosity, ownership, and care for the outcome.These seven years were never just about delivering software. They were about learning how to work better together, make thoughtful decisions, and grow in a way that is sustainable for both our people and our partners.

Growing the hive, strengthening the culture

One of the most meaningful parts of the year was welcoming new teammates into the Redbee hive.Each person brought new perspectives, skills, and ways of thinking. Growth, for us, is not about scale alone. It is about strengthening collaboration, trust, and shared understanding. This year, that growth was visible across teams and projects.We also made time to reconnect offline. Our cabin retreat was an opportunity to celebrate seven years of Redbee Software, reflect on how far we have come, and intentionally create new bonds between both long-standing and newer bees. Stepping away from our daily routines allowed us to strengthen relationships, share stories, and build connections that carry back into our work.

Partnerships that support how we build

Throughout the year, we continued to invest in partnerships that strengthen how we deliver value.Working closely with partners like AWS and Odoo helps us build reliable, scalable solutions while maintaining high standards. These partnerships are practical and intentional. They are based on shared ways of working, ongoing learning, and long-term thinking.They give us a stronger foundation to support our clients as their needs evolve.

Showing up, sharing, and connecting

2025 was also about being present beyond our internal work.We joined events, met peers and partners face to face, exchanged ideas, and built connections across borders. These experiences help us stay grounded in the wider ecosystem and continuously learn from others.This year also marked a new step for Redbee as we hosted our first webinar. It opened space for meaningful conversations, knowledge sharing, and connection beyond our immediate network. Looking ahead, this is just the beginning. In the coming year, we plan to host many more webinars focused on bringing forward highly important tools and state of the art technologies that help growing businesses scale, adapt, and make better decisions.
